My First Period Visit
Ideal Age: 8–10 years
Purpose: To prepare young girls for their first period in a positive, confidence-building way.
What to Expect:

Ideal Age: Post-menarchal teens (12–16 years)
Purpose: To introduce teens to women’s health care in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
What to Expect:

Ideal Age: Older teens & college-bound young women
